• What this is: Stampography is a mobile application and website operated by Stampography Inc.
• You can: create an account, create and post content, follow other users, and engage with content posted by others.
• You can’t: use the service for illegal activity, harass other users, impersonate people, post fraudulent content, or circumvent age restrictions.
• Who owns what: you own the content you post. We have a license to display it within the service. The Stampography brand and app itself belong to us.
• Disputes: these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario.

1. About Stampography

Stampography is a mobile application and website operated by Stampography Inc., a Canadian company based in Ontario. The service lets users create accounts, create and share content, and participate in community features offered through the service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stampography. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stampography. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older.

You must provide an accurate date of birth at registration. We use your date of birth to enforce age restrictions on certain content or features that require them. Providing a false date of birth is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

You may only create one account. You may not create or operate multiple accounts without our permission.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech, violent content, or content that incites harm
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Post spam or unauthorized commercial content
• Create fake, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Circumvent any age restrictions enforced by the service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract data from the service through automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access accounts, content, or data that is not yours

We may take action against any behavior that, in our reasonable judgment, is harmful to other users, damages trust in the platform, or undermines the spirit of these Terms, even if it is not explicitly listed above.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post to Stampography. By posting content, you grant Stampography a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the service, including for the purpose of showing it to other users as intended by the feature you used to post it.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you post. Do not post content you do not own or have permission to use.

6. Age-Restricted Content

Certain content or features within the service may carry a minimum age requirement (for example, 18+, 19+, or 21+) based on applicable laws. When you attempt to access or participate in age-restricted content or features, we check your stored date of birth to confirm you meet the requirement.

Stampography does not independently verify ages beyond what users self-report. If we have reason to believe a user has provided a false date of birth, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

Users who post content subject to age restrictions are responsible for selecting appropriate restriction levels and for complying with all applicable laws.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal requests

You can report content or other users through the in-app report feature. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We do not guarantee that every report will result in action, but we take them seriously.

8. Premium Features

Stampography offers free and premium tiers. Premium features are described in the app.

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and auto-renew unless cancelled. Subscription management and refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through, in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

We may change the features included in each tier, or the price of premium features, at any time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.

9. Third-Party Services

Stampography may offer optional integrations with third-party services. When you connect these services, you are also bound by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Stampography name, logo, app, website, and all related branding and content provided by us are owned by Stampography Inc. and protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our branding without our written permission.

User-generated content remains the property of its creator, subject to the license granted in Section 5.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we believe your continued use of the service poses a risk to other users or to Stampography.

When your account is terminated, your content may be removed from the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

12. Disclaimers

Stampography is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content posted to the service.

You use the service at your own risk. Any activity that involves real-world participation based on content from the service may involve inherent risks that Stampography does not control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stampography and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stampography and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another person.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and through a notice in the app before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised.

If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Stampography regarding the service.
